Ordering terms

A piece built to the measurements and options you choose, made in Bahrain by one of our partner workshops. IFRSH designs the piece, produces the manufacturing specification, and is your point of contact throughout; the workshop builds it.

Because each piece is cut for one order, it is not something we hold in stock or can resell to someone else.

• The price you see in the configurator is an estimate that updates as you change the design. The price that counts is the one calculated on our server when you place the order, and it is that figure — never one sent from your browser — that is recorded.
• All prices are in Bahraini Dinar and include delivery within Bahrain.
• Once your order is placed, its price is fixed. We keep a permanent record of the exact design, specification and price as they were at that moment, so what was agreed cannot drift afterwards — including if our prices change later.

• A 50% deposit is payable to start production. The balance is due on delivery.
• Payment is by bank transfer or BenefitPay. We do not accept cards, and no payment details are ever entered on this website.
• Nothing is cut until a person at IFRSH has confirmed your deposit arrived. You are emailed when that happens, and your order page shows the current status throughout.

Before your deposit is confirmed, nothing has been ordered from the workshop and a change or cancellation costs nobody anything — just tell us.

Afterwards, materials are cut for your piece specifically. If you need to change or cancel an order at that stage, contact us as early as you can and we will tell you honestly what is still possible and what it involves. We confirm the terms that apply to your particular order with you directly rather than applying a blanket rule to work at different stages of production.

We guarantee our furniture against manufacturing defects for as long as you own it. If a joint fails, a panel warps or a fitting gives way in normal household use, tell us and we will put it right.

That covers how the piece was made — not accidental damage, alteration, or wear from use it was not built for. If you are unsure whether something is covered, ask us: we would rather look at it than have you assume it is not.

Signing in sends a one-time link to your email address, so keep access to that address secure — anyone who can read your email can reach your account. What we store is described in our privacy page.
